From it's first owners in 1948 to 1996 when the story comes full circle, Our House takes you outside of yourself. There is pure joy and heart wrenching tragedy. A house has many souls, Conrad does a great job capturing six. As an added bonus, Brian Selznick (The Invention of Hugo Cabret) did the illustrations.
